Cougar ridge
A challenging Blue cross country run starting with a descent to a steep side hill ending in a tough climb. Continue through a winding single track the leads to a descent to a narrow bridge crossing. Cross the bridge Watch for frost) then another difficult climb to winding trail that crosses a road, and continues to a steep descent winding through some trees and meet up with the paved centennial trail. Turn right to head back to the forest interpretative center.
